摘要	探析复杂颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期出血并发症的预防性护理干预效果。方法选取2020年4月~2021年4月我院收治的74例复杂颅内动脉瘤患者，随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用预防性护理干预，比较两组的护理满意度、出血并发症、手术观察指标以及生活质量等。结果护理满意度中观察组高于对照组（P<0.05），并发症发生率中观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；各项手术观察指标中，两组术中出血量、手术时间比较无显著差异，但观察组的住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；生活质量当中，观察组护理后各种指标平均短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论复杂颅内动脉瘤患者实施预防性护理干预可以降低并发症的发生率，缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量，提高护理水平，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the preventive nursing intervention effect of perioperative bleeding complications in patients with complex intracranial aneurysms. Methods 74 patients with complex intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given preventive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, bleeding complications, surgical observation indicators, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and operation time, but the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); In the quality of life, all indicators in the observation group after nursing were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention for patients with complex intracranial aneurysms can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the level of nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
