延续护理对老年糖尿病患者护理干预作用研究

摘要	分析延续护理的作用，总结其在老年糖尿病中的应用价值。方法纳入研究对象经随机数字表法分组，共有70例老年糖尿病患者，纳入时间：2020年1月至2022年6月，应用常规护理于对照组，在对照组基础上观察组接受延续护理，观察指标：血糖水平、生活质量。结果护理后两组血糖[空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）]水平、糖尿病特异性生存质量评定量表（DSQL）评分比较得出结果P＜0.05，观察组分别更低。结论应用延续性护理能够促进老年糖尿病患者血糖水平与生活质量的显著改善。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of continuing nursing care and summarize its application value in elderly diabetes. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with diabetes were included. The inclusion time was: From January 2020 to June 2022, the routine care was applied to the control group, and the observation group received continuous care, with observation indicators: blood glucose level and quality of life. Results Comparing the two nursing groups blood glucose [fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG)] levels, and diabetes-specific quality of survival rating scale (DSQL) scores, the results were P <0.05, and the observation group was even lower. Conclusion The application of continuity care can promote the significant improvement of blood glucose level and quality of life in elderly diabetes.
