Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in scar uterine cesarean section. Methods 120 women with scar uterine cesarean section from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and grouped by random numbers. Control group (60 cases), apply routine care; observation group (60 cases), apply perioperative comprehensive care. Intraoperative bleeding, breastfeeding duration, hospital stay, and complications were analyzed in both groups. Results The difference test value of intraoperative bleeding volume, breastfeeding time and hospital stay time was P <0.05, less than and shorter than that of the control group; the comparison test test value was P <0.05, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Conclusion It can reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount, shorten the breastfeeding time and hospitalization time, and prevent or reduce the complications.
