Objective To analyze the rescue effect of emergency nursing in patients with acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute left heart failure from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objective. According to the random grouping method, the included patients were divided into two groups, the case group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group: routine emergency care; the case group: optimized emergency care. Results Compared with the reference group, the success rate of first aid, first aid time and hospitalization time in the case group were optimized, the incidence of complications was lower, and the compliance rate was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion During the rescue of patients with acute left heart failure, optimized emergency care can be applied, which can effectively improve the quality of emergency care, and it is recommended to popularize.
