早期康复护理对促进早产儿生长发育的效果与体会

摘要	探讨在早产儿中进行早期康复护理的效果。方法选取76例2020年6月-2021年7月于本院分娩的早产儿进行研究，将2020年6月-12月期间分娩的患儿纳入对照组（n=38），将2021年1月-7月分娩的患儿归为观察组（n=38），分析两组的身体与智力发育情况等。结果护理后，观察组的体重、身长、头围、摄奶量、MDI、PDI分别为（2403.26±99.78）g、（56.46±4.01）cm、（38.78±1.66）cm、（199.52±15.34）mL、（91.73±5.88）分、（89.97±6.03）分，均高于对照组的（1822.10±84.24）g、（48.75±3.87）cm、（34.14±1.52）cm、（168.95±12.03）mL、（80.89±5.26）分、（81.08±5.52）分，并发症发生率为2.63%，低于对照组的15.79%（P＜0.05）。结论通过早期康复护理，能够在一定程度上促进早产儿的身体与智力发育，减少并发症的发生，具有较好的效果。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation care in preterm infants. Methods 76 premature infants from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected, children from June to December 2020 were included in the control group (n=38), children from January to July 2021 were classified as the observation group (n=38), and the physical and mental development of the two groups were analyzed. Result After nursing care, Body weight, body length, head circumference, milk intake, MDI, and PDI were (2403.26 ± 99.78) g, (56.46 ± 4.01) cm, (38.78 ± 1.66) cm, (199.52 ± 15.34) mL, (91.73 ± 5.88), (89.97 ± 6.03), respectively, All higher than the (1822.10 ± 84.24) g, (48.75 ± 3.87) cm, (34.14 ± 1.52) cm, (168.95 ± 12.03) mL, (80.89 ± 5.26) points, (81.08 ± 5.52) points, The complication rate was 2.63%, It was lower than 15.79% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation and nursing care can partly promote the physical and intellectual development of premature infants, reduce the occurrence of complications, and have a good effect.
