Objective To explore and analyze the nursing research of fever clinics under the new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic. Methods The start time of the study was March 2020 and the end time was April 2021. Under the intervention of computer programs, 130 patients who were treated in the fever clinic of our hospital during this period were enrolled as members, and they were divided into two groups. Separately, a total of 65 patients in the control group using the conventional nursing mode and a total of 65 patients in the observation group using the standardized nursing mode were used to compare the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results There was no difference in psychological status between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the emotional status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher. Compared with the control group (P < 0.05); there was no difference between the two groups in the disease knowledge score before the intervention (P > 0.05), while the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the current period of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the use of standardized nursing intervention models for patients in fever clinics can enable patients to better grasp relevant knowledge about COVID-19, and enable patients to take a more stable To receive treatment with a mentality, patients can obtain more ideal nursing services and quality, which is a method worthy of clinical practice and use.
