as an important part of Chinas national economic system, construction engineering industry has made important contributions to the development of social economy for a long time. In the process of accelerating urbanization and industrialization, the number of construction projects in China is increasing and the degree of scale is increasing. For housing construction engineering, quality is an important goal of construction management. In the construction process, supervision has an important responsibility for ensuring the construction quality and the completion of the project with quality and quantity. Strengthening supervision is very necessary for project management. The supervision unit participates in the management of housing construction projects with a fair social third-party quality supervision organization, which runs through the whole process of engineering construction. Quality supervision has always been valued by various supervision units. In the long-term research and practice process, there have been many new ideas and methods, but due to the limitations of various factors, the quality problem is still very prominent. In this regard, combined with the authors own work experience and the development of quality control of domestic supervision units, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction quality establishment of housing construction engineering, and optimizes the measures on this basis, in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the establishment industry.
