房屋建筑工程和人们的日常有着较为直接的联系，因此在开展这类建筑施工的过程中，施工单位还必须要科学开展施工管理工作，不断提升房屋建筑的整体质量。基于此，本文简单介绍了房屋建筑施工管理等方面的内容，希望能够为从业人员提供一些参考。

| Abstract |
Housing construction engineering and Peoples Daily has a more direct connection, so in the process of carrying out this kind of construction, the construction unit must also carry out scientific construction management work, and constantly improve the overall quality of housing construction. Based on this, this paper briefly introduces the contents of housing construction management and other aspects, hoping to provide some reference for practitioners.
