Objective To study the influence of hospital-community integrated prevention and care on community unlocked psychiatric patients rehabilitation. Methods From December 2019 to December 2020, 20 psychiatric patients who had been "locked up" during this period were selected as the research objects. The hospital and community integrated prevention and care, adopt a management system led by the government, multi-department cooperation, grassroots organizations widely involved, to carry out effective care for patients, and observe the implementation of the hospital and community integrated prevention and care, the patients social participation rate, guardianship rate, accident rate and nursing results. Results After nursing, the patients social participation rate, guardianship rate, accident rate, treatment compliance and recurrence were better than before nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The hospital-community integrated prevention and treatment nursing has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of psychiatric patients in the community, which is worth promoting and applying.
