老年心力衰竭患者的护理要点分析

摘要	探析护理干预对老年心力衰竭患者的影响。方法选取 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 1 月我院收治的 96 例老年心力衰竭患者，随机分为两组，对照组 48 例实施常规护理，观察组 48 例实施护理干预，比较两组的依从性、心理状态、生活质量等。结果观察组的依从性高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组护理后的SDS、SAS 评分均低于对照组（P<0.05），生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论护理干预的实施能够提高老年心力衰竭患者的依从性，改善负面情绪，提高生活质量，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with heart failure.Methods 96 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 wererandomly divided into two groups. The control group (48 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observationgroup (48 cases) received nursing intervention. Compliance, psychological status, and quality of life of the twogroups were compared. Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the controlgroup (P<0.05), and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Theimplementation of nursing intervention can improve the compliance of elderly patients with heart failure, improvenegative emotions, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
