细节化护理对降低血透患者并发症的效果分析

摘要	细节化护理降低血透患者导管相关性并发症的效果分析。方法实验于 2021 年 4 月－2022年 4 月期间选择 60 例因血液透析而就诊于我科室的病人进行调研，参与本次调研均接受治疗与护理。按照护理方案进行分组，每组均纳入 30 例病人。根据护理方式进行命名，分别为常规组与研究组，常规组所采用的方式为传统常规护理，研究组则采用细节护理。总结与探究 2 种护理方案实施效果。结果与常规组比较，研究组护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。常规组并发症发生率明显高于研究组，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。护理后，常规组患者的 VAS、SAS、SDS、JOA 评分均明显高于研究组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论细节化护理在降低血透患者导管相关性并发症中的作用理想，不但降低了患者并发症发生率，还提高了患者满意度以及心理健康状态，此方案值得临床应用与普及。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing on reducing catheter related complications inhemodialysis patients. Methods During the period from April 2021 to April 2022, 60 patients who were treated byhemodialysis in our department were selected for investigation. All the patients who participated in thisinvestigation received treatment and nursing. Each group was divided into 30 patients according to the nursing plan.According to the nursing methods, they are named as the conventional group and the research group. Theconventional group adopts traditional conventional nursing, while the research group adopts detailed nursing.Summarize and explore the implementation effect of the two nursing plans. Results The incidence of complicationsin the routine group was significantly higher than that in the study group, and the difference between the twogroups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing plays an ideal role in reducing catheter relatedcomplications in hemodialysis patients, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
