四种穿刺针在经桡动脉穿刺插管心、脑血管造影术中的应用探析

摘要
观察在进行桡动脉穿刺插管心、脑血管造影术过程中按照四周穿刺针进行治疗的效果。方法 按照穿刺观察的方式开展探究,选入 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月本院需要进行桡动脉穿刺插管心、脑血管造影术患者 400 例患者为对象,双盲法均分为 4 组,每组 100 例患者。观察组(T 组)采用 BDInsyte-WTM20GA 静脉留置针穿刺,对照组(M 组)采用日本泰尔茂 5F 桡动脉鞘配套穿刺针穿刺,对照组(N 组)采用 Cordis5F 桡动脉鞘配套穿刺针穿刺,对照组(F 组)采用一次性经皮穿刺针穿刺。对四组患者穿刺过程中一次性成功率、穿刺过程中血液渗出情况以及术后并发症情况,患者疼痛程度等。结果 对比四组一次穿刺成功率,观察组一次穿刺成功率与 M 组对比,P>0.05,无明显差异,与 N、F 组对比,明显高于这二组,对比 P<0.05。对比四组穿刺过程血液渗出情况,观察组血液渗出发生率与 M 组对比,P>0.05,无明显差异,与 N、F 组对比,明显高于这二组,对比 P<0.05。结论 BD Insyte-WTM20GA 静脉留置针,可以运用于经桡动脉穿刺插管心、脑血管造影术中。
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of four week puncture needle in the process ofcardiac and cerebral angiography by radial artery puncture and intubation. Methods According to the way ofpuncture and observation, 400 patients who need radial artery puncture and catheterization of cardiac and cerebralangiography in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects. Double blind method wasused to divide them into 4 groups, with 100 patients in each group. The observation group (T group) was puncturedwith BD Insyte WTM20GA venous indwelling needle, the control group (M group) was punctured with thematching puncture needle for the 5F radial artery sheath in Taiermao, Japan, the control group (N group) waspunctured with the matching puncture needle for the Cordis5F radial artery sheath, and the control group (F group)was punctured with a disposable percutaneous puncture needle. For the four groups of patients, the one-timesuccess rate in the puncture process, the situation of blood leakage in the puncture process, the postoperativecomplications, and the degree of pain of the patients. Results The first puncture success rate of the four groups wascompared. The first puncture success rate of the observation group was compared with that of the M group(P>0.05), with no significant difference. Compared with the N and F groups, it was significantly higher than that ofthe two groups (P<0.05). By comparing the blood exudation of the four groups during puncture, the incidence ofblood exudation in the observation group was no significant difference from that in the M group (P>0.05), but wassignificantly higher than that in the N and F groups (P<0.05). Conclusion BD Insyte WTM20GA intravenousindwelling needle can be used in cardiac and cerebral angiography through radial artery puncture.
