| 摘要 |
分析评价妊娠期合并糖尿病产妇实施妇产科护理干预方法的效果。方法 由我院2020年1月-2020年12月合并糖尿病产妇833人中随机抽取病例数80例，分2组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为综合护理，对比2组护理效果。结果 分娩后2h观察患者血糖指标，观察组明显低于对照组，不良结局更少，2组护理前对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；经积极护理之后，观察组均显著要比对照组更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对娠糖尿病患者采取妇产科护理干预有利于控制血糖指标，能够改善使患者的血糖水平得到有效控制，进一步使产妇和新生儿的产后并发症发生率得到有效降低。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of nursing intervention in pregnant women with diabetes. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,80 cases were divided into 2 groups. The control group was routine nursing, the observation group was comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect of 2 groups was compared. Results Blood glucose index was observed 2h after delivery, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with fewer adverse outcomes, 2 groups (P> 0.05); after active care, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention is beneficial to control the blood glucose index and further reduce the postpartum complication rate of maternal and newborn.
