| 摘要 |
研究分析护理分级模式在创伤骨科患者护理中的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年8月至2022年2月这一时间段，研究人员对120创伤骨科患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组，对照组所选60例患者应用传统护理模式，实验组所选60例患者应用护理分级模式，记录对照组及实验组所选患者自理能力恢复情况、再次入院情况（半年内），并实施分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者自理能力恢复良好人数分别为15人及52人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为25.00%及86.67%，比较分析组间患者自理能力恢复良好率相关数据，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中再次入院人数分别为31人及3人，占比为51.67%及5.00%，比较分析组间患者再次入院概率（半年内）相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）。结论 护理分级模式在创伤骨科患者护理中有着较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing grading model in the nursing of trauma orthopedic patients. Methods This experiment spanned the time period from August 2020 to February 2022 in 120 trauma orthopedic patients. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The traditional nursing mode was applied to 60 patients in the control group, and the nursing graded mode was applied to 60 patients in the experimental group. The self-care abilities of the patients in the control group and the experimental group were recorded. The recovery and readmission (within half a year) were analyzed and compared. Results The number of patients in the control group and the experimental group with good recovery of self-care ability was 15 and 52 respectively, accounting for 25.00% and 86.67% of the total number of selected patients in the group, respectively. The self-care ability of the patients between the groups was compared and analyzed. There is a large gap between the data related to the rate of admission (p<0.05); the number of readmissions in the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were 31 and 3, respectively, accounting for 51.67% and 5.00%. The data related to readmission probability (within half a year) were significantly different (p<0.05). Conclusion The nursing grading model has a high application value in the nursing of traumatic orthopaedic patients.
