| 摘要 |
人力资源是现代产业转型升级过程中极为关键的生产要素,对其开展系统性筹划管理不仅可以激发员工积极性,提升其综合工作效能,还能够优化企业内部资源配置效率,促进企业核心竞争力的提升。文章聚焦于此,简要介绍经济师人力资源管理的内容任务,展开论述经济师人力资源管理中的常见问题及应对策略,提出了完善责任制度、加快信息化建设、完善培训方案等系列举措。

| Abstract |
Human resources are the key production factors in the process of modern industrial transformation and upgrading. Systematic planning and management of human resources can not only stimulate employees enthusiasm and improve their comprehensive work efficiency, but also optimize the internal resource allocation efficiency of enterprises and promote the promotion of core competitiveness of enterprises. Focusing on this, this paper briefly introduces the contents and tasks of human resource management of economists, discusses the common problems and countermeasures in human resource management of economists, and puts forward a series of measures such as perfecting the responsibility system, speeding up the information construction, and perfecting the training program.
