针刺三阳输穴配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效探讨

摘要	探析肩周炎(SP)采取针刺三阳输穴与温针灸治疗的效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月收治的SP患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组实施温针灸治疗，观察组给予针刺三阳输穴+温针灸治疗，对比效果。结果观察组有效率、关节功能参数、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SP患者经过针刺三阳输穴与温针灸治疗后其肩关节功能显著改善，提升疗效。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of acupuncture at Sanyang points and warm acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis (SP). Methods: 100 cases of SP patients admitted from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with warm acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Sanyang acupoints plus warm acupuncture, and the effects were compared. Results: The effective rate, joint function parameters and Constant Murley shoulder function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The shoulder joint function of SP patients is significantly improved and the curative effect is improved after the treatment of acupuncture at Sanyang Shu point and warm acupuncture.
