六君子汤合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效分析

摘要	探讨六君子汤+柴胡疏肝散加减应用在慢性胃炎患者治疗中的效果。方法以随机数字表法将本院在2020年2月-2021年2月期间收入的慢性胃炎患者（n=66）进行分组，其中参考组（n=33）给予常规治疗，实验组（n=33）在常规治疗基础上应用六君子汤+柴胡疏肝散加减。以治疗有效率、胃黏膜Hp（+）检测情况评价两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗后胃黏膜Hp（+）低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性胃炎治疗中给予六君子汤+柴胡疏肝散加减治疗可获得确切效果，可提升患者治疗有效率，降低其胃黏膜Hp（+），此种治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To investigate the effect of Liujunzi Decoction+Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: The patients with chronic gastritis (n=66) received in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method. The reference group (n=33) was given routine treatment, and the experimental group (n=33) was given Liujunzi Decoction+Chaihu Shugan Powder on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated by the therapeutic efficiency and Hp (+) detection of gastric mucosa. Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, Hp (+) of gastric mucosa in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic gastritis, Liujunzi Decoction+Chaihu Shugan Powder can achieve a definite effect, improve the treatment efficiency of patients, and reduce their gastric mucosal Hp (+), which is worthy of clinical application.
