针对性护理在小儿消化不良患儿中应用对其治疗依从性及生活质量影响

摘要	探究针对性护理对于小儿消化不良患儿中应用后对其治疗依从性和生活质量影响。方法2021年3月至2022年5月，择取我院收治的100例小儿消化不良患儿，随机分为改进组（针对性护理）与参照组（常规护理），比较护理效果。结果改进组患儿治疗依从性高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；改进组患儿生活质量得分高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；改进组患儿家长护理服务认可度高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论小儿消化不良患儿接受针对性护理后，既可提升治疗依从性，同时对于生活质量改善成效显著，家长医疗服务认可度也大幅提升，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effects of targeted nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of children with indigestion after application. Methods From March 2021 to May 2022, 100 children with dyspepsia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the improved group (targeted nursing) and the reference group (routine nursing) to compare the nursing effect. Results The treatment compliance of improved group was higher than that of reference group (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the improved group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The recognition of nursing service of parents in the improved group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After receiving targeted care for children with dyspepsia, the treatment compliance can be improved, and the quality of life can be improved significantly. The recognition of parents medical services is also significantly improved, which is worth promoting.
