综合护理用于小儿高热惊厥中的效果和护理效果观察

摘要	分析小儿高热惊厥治疗期间施以优质护理干预的效果。方法惊厥高热患儿在本院治疗期间，以抛硬币法为患者分组，对照组、观察组各有30例，对照组以常规护理干预，观察组患者以综合护理干预，对比患儿高热惊厥症状消除时间及临床治疗有效率、患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的高热及惊厥消失时间、患儿住院时间比对照组指标低，p<0.05。观察组有效率比对照组高，p<0.05。观察组患儿家属护理满意度比对照组高，p<0.05。结论小儿高热惊厥采取综合护理干预具有可行性，可缩短患者治疗时间，提升疾病治疗效果及患者家属护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention during the treatment of febrile convulsion in children. Methods During the treatment in our hospital, the patients were divided by coin toss method. There were 30 cases in the control group and the observation group respectively. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The disappearance time of high fever and convulsion and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, p<0.05. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, p<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is feasible for children with febrile convulsion, which can shorten the treatment time of patients, improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients families.
