Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From June 2020 to June 2021, 110 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected and divided into management group (laparoscopic surgery) and reference group (open surgery) for myomectomy, and the efficacy was compared. Results Compared with the reference group, the management group had better surgical indicators, lower incidence of postoperative complications, and better ovarian function recovery (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence rate between the management group and the reference group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids has good clinical efficacy and high safety, which is recommended to be popularized.
