上环治疗人工流产后反复流产的临床疗效

摘要	分析探讨上环治疗人工流产后反复流产的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2019年-2021年接收治疗人工流产后反复流产患者100例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组采用其余避孕方式避孕，观察组采用上环治疗避孕，将两组治疗后患者避孕率、不良反应发生情况进行统计。结果观察组避孕期间怀孕率低于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，数据比较差异明显，（P＜0.05）。结论上环治疗人工流产后反复流产临床疗效明显，能有效提高患者避孕率，利于以后妊娠，并能降低妊娠过程中流产、宫腔粘连等风险。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of recurrent abortion after artificial abortion. Methods 100 cases of patients with recurrent abortion after receiving treatment of induced abortion in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with other contraceptive methods, and the observation group was treated with superior ring therapy. The contraceptive rate and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results The pregnancy rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of recurrent abortion after induced abortion has obvious clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the contraceptive rate of patients, conducive to future pregnancy, and can reduce the risk of abortion, intrauterine adhesion during pregnancy.
