Objective To analyze the effect of denorgestrel on patients with endometriosis. Methods The patients with endometriosis from February 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital (n=86) were divided into two groups by random number table. The reference group (n=43) was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule, and the experimental group (n=43) was treated with Dinogestrel on the basis of the reference group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated by the therapeutic efficiency and the level of sex hormone. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, estradiol, progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05), while luteinizing hormone was higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometriosis, the treatment effect of Dinogestrel is significant, which can enhance the treatment efficiency of patients and improve their sex hormone level. This kind of treatment method is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
