摘要	利用2000-2016中国学术期刊的相关资料，从理论上探讨中国法律语言的发展现状。从数据上可以看到，虽然过去35年来，法律语言研究已有了很大的发展，但是在法律语言研究中，还存在着发展不平衡、实用性不强、研究方法单一等问题。法律语言在今后的发展中还应从多角度、多方面、多层次地整合。
Abstract	This paper discusses the current development of Chinese legal language theoretically by using the relevant materials of Chinese academic journals from 2000 to 2016. It can be seen from the data that although the study of legal language has made great progress in the past 35 years, there are still some problems in the study of legal language, such as unbalanced development, weak practicability and single research method. In the future, legal language should be integrated from multiple angles, aspects and levels.
