| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing route in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods select the one year from January to December 2021, patients will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital, select 66 patients as the object of the study, group care of patients with digital table method, 33 patients were included in the control group, using routine nursing intervention, another 33 patients for observation group, the operating room nursing path, the analysis of 2 group patients nursing related indicators. Results Before intervention, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were measured, (P> 0.05). After intervention, the observation group was better (P <0.05), and patients had shorter time (P <0.05); in addition, patients in the observation groups were more satisfied than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion For the nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the clinical application of operating room nursing path has the best effect, which can effectively shorten the hospital time of patients and promote their postoperative rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
