Experimental courses are very important in Sanitory Microbiology. In this study, the flipped classroom mode was applied to the experimental class, and the flipped classroom teaching was carried out through the two more important experimental contents of hygienic microorganisms. The practical teaching shows that flipped classroom has good feasibility for experimental teaching, which can effectively improve students autonomous learning ability and subjective initiative, enhance students learning interest and ability to independently think and solve problems. At the same time, the study also found that flipped classrooms also put forward higher requirements for teachers, and their implementation requires teachers to design, organize and plan.
