With the rapid development of our society, economy and science and technology, the development of various industries has made certain achievements, among which, some medical identification techniques are becoming more and more sophisticated. For the clinical identification of casualties in some cases or other cases, forensic doctors are needed to carry out, and opinions on forensic clinical identification are generally used as scientific basis. It is scientific and professional. Among the eight types of evidence in the Criminal Procedure Law, the clinical forensic opinion is one of the most trusted types of evidence. However, in the actual appraisal process, due to the influence of the personal experience of the medical examiner, equipment, technical standards and methods, the final forensic opinion may be biased. This uncertainty will also lead to the occurrence of miscarriages of justice, which will have a certain impact on the case investigation. Based on this, this paper analyzes the errors and causes of clinical forensic expert opinions, and takes this as a reference.
