Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of continuous nursing on treatment compliance of discharged patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: The study was limited to February 2021 to June 2022. A total of 60 subjects were selected from the department of neurology in our hospital. The patients were grouped according to their case information. 30 patients in each group and the control group were given routine guidance outside the hospital; The other group received continuous nursing care to analyze the impact on patient compliance. Results: The scores of drug use, diet, self-care ability, rehabilitation training and reexamination after discharge in the continuation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing intervention, the quality of life of patients in the continuation group was significantly enhanced, and the four scores were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The patients in the continuation group had higher scores in satisfaction, cognitive level and psychological status (P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing for discharged patients with cerebral infarction can effectively supervise the drug use, diet and exercise of patients after discharge, and can fundamentally improve patient compliance.
