老年重症心力衰竭患者的急诊内科护理效果观察

摘要	观察老年重症心力衰竭患者的急诊内科护理效果。方法按照入院的先后顺序将2021年1月-2021年12月间我院收治的100例老年重症心力衰竭患者分为对照组和实验组，并分析不同护理方式的临床效果。结果本研究中实验组护理满意度高于对照组，心功能改以及生活质量改善均优于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论急诊内科护理的应用使老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床症状得到改善，降低风险事件的发生，使患者的生活质量的到提高。
Abstract	Objective: To observe the effect of emergency medical care for elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods: According to the order of admission, 100 elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control group and experimental group, and the clinical effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results: In this study, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of emergency medical care can improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with severe heart failure, reduce the occurrence of risk events, and improve the quality of life of patients.
