消化科老年患者便秘护理中运用护理干预的效果分析

摘要	探索护理干预在消化科老年患者便秘护理中大的应用价值。方法选取{2022.01-2023.01}，在我院医治的100例患者，计算机分组，分为对照组（50例）与观察组（50例）。对照组为常规护理，观察组实施护理干预模式。分析两个组别患者便秘指标；护理有效率与护理满意度。结果观察组便秘指标、总有效率、总满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论给予患者护理干预模式，有利于改善患者便秘指标，值得应用在临床。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application value of nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with constipation in gastroenterology department. Methods: 100 cases of {2022.01-2023.01} patients treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) by computer grouping. The control group implemented routine nursing mode, and the observation group implemented nursing intervention mode. The constipation indexes of the two groups were analyzed. Nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction. Results: The constipation index, total effective rate and total satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The nursing intervention mode is beneficial to improve the constipation index of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
