集束化护理用于重症急性胰腺炎中的作用

摘要	探究重症急性胰腺炎患者护理中采取集束化护理的应用效果。方法选取本院自2020年2月-2021年2月1月期间收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者（n=62）作为本次研究对象。通过应用随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行集束化护理，两组各为31例。比较分析两组护理效果。结果实验组护理效果相比参考组较优（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率相比参考组低（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比参考组高（P＜0.05）。结论将集束化护理应用在重症急性胰腺炎患者护理中可获得确切效果，能够提升患者护理效果，减少并发症产生，从而患者较为满意，建议该护理方法在临床推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: Patients with severe acute pancreatitis (n=62) admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 1, 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by using random number table. The reference group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received cluster nursing care. There were 31 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of cluster nursing in the nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can obtain a definite effect, which can improve the nursing effect of patients and reduce complications, so that patients are more satisfied. It is suggested that this nursing method be popularized in clinical practice.
