| 摘要 |
分析冠脉造影及支架植入术后右上肢血肿合并大面积张力性水泡临床护理方法，旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法 选择2019.6.3~2021.6.3本院收治的接受冠脉造影及支架植入的患者39例为研究对象。对所有病患开展针对性护理干预，分析结果。结果 患者经干预后，病情好转，不存在感染情况。所有病患对于护理的满意率为100.00%。结论 针对接受冠脉造影及支架植入术后出现右上肢血肿合并大面积张力性水泡的患者来讲，为其实施针对性护理干预能取得满意成效。这一方案值得进一步在临床内推广以及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical nursing methods of right upper limb hematoma complicated with large area tension blister after coronary angiography and stent implantation, and to provide references for related personnels research work. Methods: A total of 39 patients who received coronary angiography and stent implantation in our hospital were selected as study objects from March, 2019 to March, 2019. All patients were treated with targeted nursing interventions and the results were analyzed. Results: After the intervention, the patients condition improved and there was no infection. The satisfaction rate of all patients was 100.00%. Conclusion: For the patients with right upper limb hematoma complicated with large area tension blisters after coronary angiography and stent implantation, the implementation of targeted nursing intervention can achieve satisfactory results. This scheme is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
