Objective: To analyze the relationship between caudal homologous transcription factor-2 (CDX2), Raf kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP), lncRNA BC200 and chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and their predictive value for secondary gastric cancer. Methods: 142 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected for a prospective predictive value study. At the same time, 88 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected for Western biot method to detect the expression of lncRNA BC200. Results: The expression of CDX2 and lncRNA BC200 in gastric cancer group was higher than that in atrophic group and non atrophic group, while the expression of RKIP was lower than that in atrophic group and non atrophic group; The expression of CDX2 and lncRNA BC200 in atrophic group was higher than that in non atrophic group, and the expression of RKIP was lower than that in non atrophic group; There was statistical difference (P<0.05). ROC curve showed that compared with single prediction of CDX2, RKIP and lncRNA BC200, the three combinations had higher predictive value for chronic atrophic gastritis and secondary gastric cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of the relationship between CDX2, RKIP, lncRNA BC200 and chronic atrophic gastritis and the risk of secondary gastric cancer has a certain predictive value, in order to develop early intervention measures to improve the treatment efficiency.
