| 摘要 |
高校体育舞蹈课程可以有效提升学生综合素质，促进学生全面发展，而由于传统教学模式的限制导致该课程的受众局限性。本文将结合我校体育舞蹈课程教学模式的探索与实践，通过调查问卷结果分析课程改革对学生全面发展的影响以及课内外一体化体育舞蹈课程改革意见与建议。

| Abstract |
College sports dance courses can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of students and promote their all-round development. However, due to the limitation of traditional teaching mode, the audience of this course is limited. This article will combine the exploration and practice of our schools sports dance curriculum teaching mode, and analyze the impact of curriculum reform on students all-round development through the results of the questionnaire, as well as the opinions and suggestions on the reform of sports dance curriculum integrated inside and outside the classroom.
