老年脑梗塞病患的护理中采用舒适护理的价值

摘要	研究分析老年脑梗塞病患的护理中采用舒适护理的价值。方法以2021年9月至2022年7月我院接诊的54例老年脑梗塞患者展开对比研究，对照组27例患者行常规护理，观察组27例患者行舒适护理，观察两组护理价值。结果护理满意度、依从率相比，观察组指标水平相对较高（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理兼具有效性与实用性，应用于神经内科老年脑梗塞患者中，有助于其依从性与护理满意度水平的提升，效果理想，有临床推广应用价值。
Abstract	Objective: To study and analyze the value of comfort nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: A comparative study was carried out on 54 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to July 2022. 27 patients in the control group received routine care, and 27 patients in the observation group received comfort care. The nursing value of the two groups was observed. Results: Compared with the nursing satisfaction and compliance rate, the index level of the observation group was relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing is both effective and practical. Its application in elderly patients with cerebral infarction in neurology department is helpful to improve their compliance and nursing satisfaction. The effect is ideal, and it has clinical application value.
