木蓝祛疣方联合耳尖放血治疗面部泛发性扁平疣的临床效果探讨

摘要	探究木蓝祛疣方联合耳尖放血治疗面部泛发性扁平疣的效果。方法选取2021年4月-2022年4月期间在我院治疗的74例面部泛发性扁平疣患者，随机性分组，对照组采取耳尖放血治疗；研究组采取木蓝祛疣方联合耳尖放血治疗。结果研究组患者皮肤病生活质量指数、皮损评分改善程度显著优于对照组；且研究组治疗的总有效率为91.89%显著高于对照组的75.68%，差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论木蓝祛疣方联合耳尖放血治疗面部泛发性扁平疣的效果甚为理想，具有较强的推广价值。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of Mu LAN Quyu prescription combined with ear tip exsanguination in the treatment of facial generalized flat warts. Methods: A total of 74 patients with facial generalized flat wart treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group was treated with ear tip exsanguination. The study group was treated with Mu LAN Quwart prescription combined with ear tip exsanguination. Results: The improvement degree of skin disease quality of life index and skin lesion score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group. The total effective rate of the study group was 91.89%, which was significantly higher than 75.68% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mulan Quwart prescription combined with ear tip exsanguination in the treatment of facial generalized flat warts is ideal and has strong promotion value.
