With the advancement of the concept of sustainable development and the development of green economy, the management of environmental pollution has become a very important task. However, despite the introduction of a number of relevant policies by the state and financial subsidies for environmental protection enterprises, many environmental damage and environmental pollution problems still exist. This creates problems for the environmental supervision departments at the grass-roots level. The negative attitude of the companies being dealt with, the inactive cooperation of the masses, and the requirements of the environmental supervision departments themselves all hinder the process of environmental law enforcement. From these three aspects, the article puts forward suggestions on improving the publics awareness of environmental protection, corporate social responsibility, and handling the authority of the supervision department in system construction.
