| 摘要 |
探讨快速康复（ERAS）理念下的急性闭角型青光眼手术患者疼痛管理的效果。方法 将96例行前房穿刺术患者按随机数字表法分为ERAS组和对照组各48例，分别接受ERAS疼痛管理和常规疼痛管理。结果 两组术后不同时间疼痛程度、疼痛护理满意度及首次进食时间、下床时间、住院时间比较，差异有统计学意义（均P<0.01)。结论 基于ERAS理念对急性闭角型青光眼手术患者进行疼痛管理，能有效减轻患者疼痛，提高患者对疼痛护理的满意度，加速疾病康复进程。

| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the effect of pain management in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma under the concept of rapid rehabilitation (ERAS). Methods 96 patients undergoing anterior chamber puncture were randomly divided into ERAS group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases), who received ERAS pain management and routine pain management respectively. Results There were significant differences in pain degree, pain nursing satisfaction, time of first eating, time of getting out of bed, and hospital stay between the two groups at different time after operation (all P<0.01). Conclusion The pain management of acute angle closure glaucoma patients based on ERAS concept can effectively relieve the patients pain, improve the patients satisfaction with pain care, and accelerate the process of disease rehabilitation.
