摘要	分析急性心肌梗死患者急诊治疗中急诊护理流程的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至12月在我院急诊科的84例急性心肌梗死患者，给予2021年1月至6月的41例患者实施常规护理管理，设为对照组；给予2021年7月至12月的43例患者实施优化急诊护理流程，设为观察组。对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应率和护理满意度。结果对比两组的进出急诊室的时间、等待辅助检查时间、住院时间，观察组均低于对照组（P<0.05）。对比两组心绞痛、心律失常、心力衰竭、复发性心肌梗死、休克等不良事件发生率，观察组均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。对比两组的护理服务满意度，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论将优化急诊护理流程管理用于急性心肌梗死患者，提升了治疗效果，减少了并发症率，促进了预后。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the application effect of emergency nursing process in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected, and 41 patients from January 2021 to June 2021 were given routine nursing management as the control group; 43 patients from July to December 2021 were assigned to the observation group to optimize the emergency nursing process. The treatment effect, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: By comparing the time of entering and leaving the emergency room, waiting for auxiliary examination and hospitalization between the two groups, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events such as angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, recurrent myocardial infarction and shock in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying the optimized emergency nursing process management to patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the complication rate and promote the prognosis.
