Objective To analyze the value of nursing for patients with cor pulmonale after multiple mechanical ventilation withdrawals. Methods the clinical data of 66 patients with cor pulmonale were retrospectively analyzed. The nursing time was from January 2020 to April 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups. 33 patients in group A were taken off the machine for nursing, and 33 patients in group B were taken routine nursing. The nursing outcomes of patients in group a and group B were compared. Results from table 1, the nursing satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group B, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the negative emotion score of group A was close to that of group B (P > 0.05) according to table 2; After nursing, the scores of negative emotions in group A were higher than those in group B as shown in Table 2. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the quality of life score of group A was close to that of group B from table 3 (P > 0.05); After nursing, the quality of life score of group A was higher than that of group B in Table 3, with significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the nursing effect of multiple mechanical ventilation for patients with cor pulmonale is more prominent, and it is worth extensive use.
