健康教育对不孕不育患者治疗信心和护理满意度的影响

摘要	对健康教育在不孕不育患者护理期间的应用效果进行分析。方法研究分析健康教育对不孕不育患者的应用效果，将本院68例不孕不育患者作为研究对象，使用电脑随机分组，两组患者分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理干预和常规护理基础上增加健康教育，比较护理结果。结果经过对比发现，观察组和对照组之间的护理效果明显存在比较大的差异（P＜0.05）。结论在不孕不育患者护理期间，增加健康教育可以提升患者的治疗信心，使患者的护理满意度也随之提升。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of the application of health education during the care of infertility patients. Methods To study and analyse the effect of health education applied to infertility patients, 68 cases of infertility patients in our hospital were taken as study subjects and randomly grouped using a computer, and different nursing measures were applied to the two groups, i.e. conventional nursing interventions and health education added to conventional nursing, to compare the nursing results. Results After comparison, it was found that there was a significant and relatively large difference in the nursing effect between the observation and control groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the care of infertility patients, the addition of health education can improve patients confidence in treatment and result in increased patient satisfaction with care.
