摘要	总结ICU床边CRRT患者深静脉导管护理办法。方法将2020.3~2022.6接受CRRT治疗的患者分成对照、临床组，各50例，分别见常规、临床护理干预，比较组间护理效果。结果临床护理满意度及抢救成功率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，导管维护依从性即护理满意度评分大于对照组，数据均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。护理后临床组负性情绪评分低于对照组，生存质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU床边CRRT患者深静脉导管的临床护理更为突出，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To summarize the nursing methods of deep vein catheter in ICU bedside CRRT patients. Methods patients who received CRRT from March 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control group and clinical group, with 50 cases each. They were given routine and clinical nursing intervention respectively, and the nursing effects between the groups were compared. Results the clinical nursing satisfaction and rescue success rate were higher than those in the control group, the complication rate was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score of catheter maintenance compliance was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion score of the clinical group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical nursing of deep venous catheter in ICU bedside CRRT patients is more prominent and worthy of popularization.
