电针治疗老年性便秘的综合护理研究

摘要	探究综合护理配合电针对老年性便秘（Senile constipation ，SC）的影响。方法选取2010年10月至2022年3月我院门诊SC患者76例，随机分为综合护理组和常规护理组，施以电针治疗的同时分别给予常规护理和综合护理，干预15日后，比较上述2组患者治疗前后客观症状评分及生活质量评价。结果 2组患者经治疗后症状较前均有明显改善（P＜0.05），且综合护理组在客观症状评分及生活质量评价方面明显优于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。结论在电针治疗的基础上，综合护理能更为有效的改善SC患者便秘症状，改善生活质量，具备临床推广价值。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with electroacupuncture on Senile constipation (SC) . Methods: 76 cases of SC from October 2010 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: General Nursing Group and routine nursing group, after 15 days of intervention, objective symptom scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the symptoms of both groups were significantly improved (P＜0.05) , and the comprehensive nursing group was significantly superior to the routine nursing group in the objective symptom score and quality of life evaluation (P＜0.05) . Conclusion: On the basis of electro-acupuncture treatment, comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of SC patients, improve the quality of life, with the value of clinical promotion.
