Objective: To evaluate the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bladder tumor during perioperative period. Methods: A Total of 132 Patients With Bladder Tumor Who Underwent Cystectomy were randomly divided into two groups, 66 cases in the study group and 66 cases in the control group. The patients in the study group received clinical nursing pathway, while the patients in the control group received routine nursing measures. The postoperative indicators, complication rate, nursing effect, tumor recurrence rate and quality of life score were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost and time of getting out of bed were significantly reduced in the study group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.03%, which was significantly different from 15.15% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). At 1 year after operation, the recurrence rate of tumor in the study group was 1.52%, and the Carlisle score was 83.99±6.85, and the control group was 13.64% and 79.68±5.02, respectively, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway intervention in the perioperative period of bladder tumor patients can improve the recovery speed of patients and reduce the incidence of complications; It is a method worthy of promotion to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, reduce the recurrence rate of tumor and improve the quality of life of patients.
