Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on reducing the amountof bleeding and adverse reactions in patients with postpartum hemorrhage during oxytocin treatment. Methods Atotal of 70 patients were included in the study from February 2021 to May 2022. They were divided into twogroups using the number table method. The control group (n = 35) received routine nursing support duringtreatment, while the observation group (n = 35) received corresponding nursing according to evidence-basednursing. The intervention effect was analyzed. Results The blood loss at 30 minutes after delivery, 3 hours afterdelivery and 24 hours after delivery were compared between the two groups, and the observation group was lessthan the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that inthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Providing nursing support according to the evidence-based nursingintervention during the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage patients with oxytocin can effectively reduce theamount of bleeding and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is helpful for the recovery of patients.
