| 摘要 |
2010年，美国危重症学会提出“重症监护后综合征(PICS)"的新概念，引起了各国学者的广泛关注。目前有数据表明，儿童重症监护病房（Pediatric Intensive Care Unit，简称Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.PICU）出院后部分患儿有严重身心疾病。它会影响儿童的一系列发展，如日常生活能力，学习能力，社会交往等，对儿童的生命轨迹有很大的影响。现针对儿童重症监护后综合征进行综述。

| Abstract |
In 2010, the American Society of Critical Care proposed the new concept of "Post-intensive Care syndrome (PICS)", which attracted extensive attention from scholars around the world. Data currently show that some children discharged from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) have severe physical and mental diseases. It will affect a series of childrens development, such as daily living ability, learning ability, social interaction and so on, has a great impact on childrens life trajectory. This article reviews post-intensive care syndrome in children.
