| 摘要 |
探析循证护理在急性脑梗死患者行介入溶栓治疗中的价值。方法 于我院就诊的急性脑梗死患者中选取 116 例，时间：2021 年 4 月~2022 年 4 月，以干预不同手段为依据分为两组，对照组 58 例行常规干预，观察组 58 例行循证护理，对比组间干预效果。结果 经干预后，观察组 HAMA、HAMD 评分较对照组低，MMSE 评分、ADL 评分、生活质量评分均较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者介入溶栓期间接受循证护理，获得了较为确切的疗效，值得推行。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in interventional thrombolytictherapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction wereselected from our hospital. The time was from April 2021 to April 2022. They were divided into two groupsaccording to different intervention methods. The control group received routine intervention in 58 cases, and theobservation group received evidence-based nursing in 58 cases. Results After intervention, the scores of HAMAand HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of MMSE, ADLand quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thepatients with acute cerebral infarction received evidence-based nursing during the interventional thrombolytictherapy, and obtained more accurate curative effect, which is worth promoting.
