| 摘要 |
研究观察三合一心理干预护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者中的应用效果。方法 筛选出 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月在我院接受治疗的 100 例 COPD 患者作为研究对象，按照随机分出的方式将 100 例 COPD 患者分为两组，对照组 50 例，采用常规性护理方法，观察组 50 例，在对照组的基础上结合三合一心理干预护理模式，在为期 3 个月的护理期结束之后，对患者的应用效果进行分析，比较患者的生活能力、心理状态、满意度、睡眠质量以及疾病应对能力。结果 观察组护理 3 个月后的心理健康得分和心理状态均好于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理 3 个月后睡眠质量明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理 3 个月后对护理服务和满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后 3 个月发病机制、临床表现及治疗方法知晓率均高于对照组，对比差异大（P＜0.05）。结论 三合一心理干预护理模式有利于患者的心理健康，提升患者的睡眠质量，维持良好的护患关系，临床效果良好，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application effect of the triad of psychological intervention and nursingmode in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods screen out 100 cases of COPDpatients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the research object, 100 COPD patients weredivided into two groups, control group 50 cases, using routine nursing method, observation group 50 cases, on thebasis of the control group combined with triad psychological intervention nursing mode, after the end of the 3months nursing period, the application effect of patients, compare the patients life ability, psychological state,satisfaction, sleep quality and disease coping ability. Results The mental health score and psychological status ofthe observation group (P <0.05), the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05),nursing services and satisfaction after 3 months (P <0.05), and treatment awareness were better than the controlgroup, more different (P <0.05). Conclusion The three-in-one psychological intervention nursing mode isconducive to patients mental health, improves patients sleep quality, and maintains a good nurse-patientrelationship, with good clinical effect, and is worthy of application.
