Objective To analyze and discuss the implementation of quality nursing service in delivery roomand the construction of ideas. Methods 80 expectant mothers admitted by our hospital in 2021 were selected as theobservation objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The controlgroup used routine nursing in the delivery room, and the observation group used high-quality nursing. The deliverysituation, breast feeding compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of mothers were compared. ResultsThe time of the first stage of labor, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of cesarean section in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group, the compliance of postpartum breast feeding washigher than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service has importantapplication value in the delivery room nursing. The nursing effect is obvious, which can effectively improve thedelivery situation of the lying in women and improve their satisfaction. In the construction of nursing ideas, weneed to think from multiple perspectives, improve nursing treatment, and achieve win-win social and economicbenefits.
