| 摘要 |
实验将针对断指（肢）再植患者实施治疗，重点分析优质护理的内容和执行情况，优化治疗结局。方法 针对 80 例断肢再植患者为对象，样本来源于 2021 年 1 月，截止为 2022 年（6）月住院的患者，按照时间划分两个对比组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为优质护理，对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪管控效果优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，手术成功率以观察组高于对照组，且不良反应发生率以观察组低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在护理满意度上，观察组患者以 97.5%，高于对照组的 82.5%，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用优质护理有助于提升断指（肢）再植的成活率，且降低不良反应，对改善患者不良情绪，提升护理满意度具有积极效果，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective The experiment will treat the patients with broken finger (limb) replantation, focus onanalyzing the content and implementation of quality nursing, and optimize the outcome of treatment. Methods For80 patients with severed limb replantation, the sample was obtained from January 2021, until 2022 (6) ofhospitalized patients, two comparison groups were divided according to the time, control group is routine care,observation group is quality care, and comparative treatment results. Results From the data, the control effect ofthe control group of anxiety, depression was statistically significant (P <0.05). At the same time, the surgicalsuccess rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group, and the incidence of adversereactions was lower than that in the observation group, and the contrast difference between the groups wassignificant (P <0.05). Finally, in terms of nursing satisfaction, the patients in the observation group were 97.5%,higher than the 82.5% in the control group, and the contrast difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using high-quality nursing is helpful to improve the survival rate of the severed finger (limb)replantation, and reduce the adverse reactions, which has a positive effect on improving patients bad mood andimproving nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
