| 摘要 |
探析穴位按摩联合艾灸对妇科腹腔镜术后患者的临床护理效果。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 3 月我院收治的 90 例腹腔镜术后患者，随机分为两组，对照组 45 例实施常规护理，观察组 45 例实施穴位按摩联合艾灸，对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的护理满意度 95.6%高于对照组 80.0%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率 4.4%低于对照组 20.0%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的 VAS、HAMA、HAMD、PSQI、SF-36 等评分均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的疼痛消失时间、下床活动时间、总体治疗时间均短于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对腹腔镜术后患者实施穴位按摩联合艾灸可以提高护理满意度，减少不良反应，提高患者的术后生活质量，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of acupoint massage combined withmoxibustion on patients after gynecological laparoscopy. Methods 90 cases of patients after laparoscopic surgeryadmitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The controlgroup (45 cases) received routine care, and the observation group (45 cases) received point massage combined withmoxibustion. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of theobservation group was 95.6% higher than that of the control group (80.0%, P<0.05); The incidence of adversereactions in the observation group was 4.4% lower than that in the control group (20.0%, P<0.05); The scores ofVAS, HAMA, HAMD, PSQI, SF-36 in the observation group after nursing were better than those in the controlgroup, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The time of pain disappearance, time of getting out of bed and totaltreatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with moxibustion can improve nursing satisfaction, reduceadverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients after laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of clinicalpromotion.
